TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions of the Feelfree-outdoor.com online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), The Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The company was entered in the Business Register of Slovenia on the 1st of May 2013.
The customer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirm his/her acquaintance with them by placing an order.
The products have a warranty if so stated on the warranty sheet or on the invoice. If there is no information about the warranty, the product has no warranty. The customer is welcome to contact us for up to date information.
The seller is not responsible for any possible damage caused by incorrect or negligent use.
The seller is committed to the full protection of all personal data given to us by the user. The provider will use the personal data exclusively for the fulfilment of the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The vendor provides photos of the sales items, but you have to consider all the photos symbolic.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Any complaints or disputes will be resolved as agreed upon by both parties. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be solved in the court in Ljubljana.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders that arrive during the week (from Monday to Friday) until 12.00 o'clock are normally processed the same day or at the latest within 3 working days. The final delivery time depends on the courier and selected destination of the package.
The client pays any applicable delivery costs at the same time as the payment of the ordered items in the webshop feelfree-outdoor.com
You will receive your original invoice, either together with your purchased items, or it will be sent to your provided email address.
The cost of packaging is covered by the seller.
The seller is not responsible for any damaged packaging or shipping delays caused by the postal service provider. The customer has to inspect the received goods immediately and in case of any damage immediately contact the provider of postal services, where a record of the damage of the package is made.
We reserve the right to a prolonged delivery period due to technical and other errors in the procedure. In this case, we that we will notify the client in a suitable manner. In the event that you have not received notice from us about the purchase and more than 5 working days have passed, since you made an order, please send us an email or call us.
Our packages are delivered to you by GLS or international post. Most of the items are sent the same day or the next day after you order (if they are locally in stock).
If you are not at the specified address on delivery, you can pick up your package later or arrange a later delivery with the shipping company.
Shipping to EU countries is free* for regular items for orders above 50€. If the products are discounted, the price might be added to them in cart according to GLS pricing. For order below 50€ in total, shipping cost is 5€.
NOTE*: The package size limit for shipping within EU is up to 2 meters. If the package is longer than 2 meters, the cost of delivery is added based on shipping courier pricelist.
The shipping price outside the EU is charged according to GLS pricing. The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout, on the email order confirmation and in the invoice. The package is forwarded to GLS shipping company in the afternoon hours the same or next day if the items are locally in stock. If you won't be available at your address, you can specify a different delivery address, when placing the order. It is important to us, that when your package arrives, a person is there to receive it. If you will not be at the address at the time of delivery, you will receive information about where to pick up the package or you can arrange another delivery with the courier.
Delivery of Feelfree sit on top/sit in and Feelfree fishing kayaks are free of charge for following countries: Slovenia. When shipping to the Croatian islands, the customer also pays the ferry cost at the Jadrolinija price list (or by individual agreement) upon delivery.
RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
The buyer has the right to inform the company within 15 days that he will resign from the contract without giving a reason for doing so. In this case, the buyer sends the item in its original packaging at his or her own expense to the address of the company.
If the customer decides to return the product for any reason (time of the delivery, wrong delivery, price etc.), the customer bears the return shipping costs if not decided by the company Greva d.o.o. otherwise.
RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)
The customer (physical person only, not a legal person) has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods, that he or she would like to withdraw from the contract. They are not obliged to give the reason for doing so. The time period is measured from one day after the takeover of the items. The only costs the customer needs to cover in that case is the cost of returning the goods. The customer can select any shipping company, but it is recommended to select a service that offers package tracking. The shipping costs depend on the size of the package, weight of the package and the price list of customers selected shipping company. The products need to be returned to the seller at the latest within 30 days from notifying the seller about withdrawal from the contract.
The customer cannot withdraw from the contract and return the items, in case the products were manufactured according to customers instructions and personal needs. The withdrawal is also not possible when the purchased product is by nature not suitable for return.

The customer is not allowed to freely use the products before they return them. The customer is allowed to inspect the products and test them to the extent that is strictly necessary for accessing the condition of the product. Any other use is considered the use of the products, which causes the customer to lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
The return of the payment for the products is made as soon as possible, after receiving the returned product. The payment will be returned directly in PayPal if the products were paid with PayPal, and directly to your bank account if the payment was made from there. Any other type of money return is not possible.
The return of the goods received within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract counts as a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The right to return the products in case of withdrawal, warranties, defects or incorrect services are described in detail in ZVPot and applicable EU Directives.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT
When shopping online, the customer is not able to check the physical product, before buying it. That is why the customer is allowed to withdraw from the contract if the product is suitable for return. Here is a shortlist of a few things that should be considered when buying from a distance:
- Be careful when opening the packaging. Keep it in its original condition, until you are fully convinced that the product is suitable.
- When buying wearable items like clothing, shoes, life jackets etc., first try them on over clothing, not over bare skin.
- When you are handling the product, you can damage it.
- Visible traces of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) are not appropriate for a withdrawal from the contract.
The purchase withdrawal exists to allow you to open the product, inspect it to see if it fits your needs and so that you can withdraw if your expectations were different. The withdrawal is not intended for the cases where the product is not working or arrival. In that case, you can claim the warranty.
RETURNING THE GOODS FOR LEGAL PERSONS
If you wish to have the invoice issued to your company, then you accept the terms and conditions that apply to businesses. The main difference is the possibility of withdrawal from the contract: we allow companies and other legal persons to return the packages with the products if they are claiming warranty. Aforementioned organizations, unlike natural persons, do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods, without specifying the reason for their decision.
Due to the nature of the online business, the offer is constantly updated and supplied with new products and new online prices. The online price is the price for the online purchase with payment with any payment option we offer on our online store.
The seller offers the following payment methods:

• Payment via credit card
We reserve the right to mistakes in the text, descriptions, prices and other content on the page.
Payment is only accepted as a one time fee. Until the products are fully paid, they belong to the seller.
Products can be bought only by people older than 18 years. Minors aren't allowed to make a purchase, but their parent or a guardian can purchase a product for them.
The items on the website are normally locally in stock unless a certain item is clearly identified as out of stock or in stock at the manufacturer. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in case the ordered product is not in stock, there isn't enough demand for them or if there was an error in our stock records. We may also withdraw fully or partially in case of a pricing error or if the information for fulfilling the order was not supplied by the customer fully and/or correctly.
All product photos are to be considered symbolic and do not necessarily represent the exact state of the product.
If the customer does not accept the delivery, it will be returned to the sender. The carrier will try to deliver the products and will inform the customer about the package. If the package is returned and needs to be resent, the customer is responsible for covering the full repeat shipping price.

Use of the photographs requires written permission of the owner of Greva d.o.o. .

On registration, the website visitor selects their login information. The visitor has to select a functioning email they are available at. With the registration, the visitor becomes a user of our website and can have the information saved for the next purchase.
The customer then selects the products he or she wants and adds them to the cart. The product amounts can be changed in the cart. You can also change the items selected or remove the products. After the customer decides, they can check out and select a delivery address and payment method.
When the order is confirmed, the customer receives the email order confirmation. When the products are sent, the customer is informed about it and is sent a tracking number if applicable. The customer received the invoice either together with the products purchased or via email.
The customer can make the purchase without registration, but will still need to provide name and surname, payment address and delivery address, email and phone number. The email is used for order confirmation, sending an invoice, sending information from the carrier or directly from the seller about the package, which includes status updates and tracking information. It can also be used for communication with the customer regarding the order when that is needed. The phone number is sometimes used by the carrier to arrange the delivery, or it is used by us for communication with the customer regarding the order when that is needed. The customer information is forwarded to the shipping company delivering the products, as is needed to execute the orders.
We realise that you care about your privacy, so we do everything we can, to protect the personal information of our customers. We will not forward your information when it's not needed for the sake of our services. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
Besides the directly given information, the IP addresses are also collected for providing safety. We also use some third party analytics apps and a chat app, which help us improve the website over time (such as tawk.to, Google Analytics).
